Cothill named finalist at the Independent Schools of the Year Awards

We are delighted to have been named a finalist in the Small School of the Year category at the Independent Schools of the Year Awards, one of only six schools nationally to make the shortlist in this category.

This recognition means a great deal to us, because it celebrates the very thing that makes Cothill special: our size. We are a deliberately small school where children have the freedom to be themselves, the space to explore and the confidence to grow.

“We are delighted to see Cothill recognised as a finalist in the Independent Schools Awards, particularly in the Small School category. This is a wonderful reflection of the commitment, expertise and collaborative spirit of our whole school community.

With so much positive change and development at Cothill in recent years, to be recognised for excellence in what we do is a tremendous source of pride. This is a true team achievement and a testament to the dedication of our staff, pupils and wider community.”

We’re proud to be in such excellent company. The winners will be announced in October, and while we’d be thrilled to bring the award home, we’re already immensely proud to have reached this stage.

Win or lose, to be recognised for who we are and what we stand for is a wonderful moment for our whole Cothill community.
