Radley Schools Group
In September 2025, Cothill joined seven other schools to form the Radley Schools Group.
These schools are Radley College, Barfield School, Beeston Hall, Chandlings Prep, Kitebrook Prep, Mowden Hall and West Hill Park School. An eight-school merger is a first in the independent sector which the group says will offer ‘greater security and access to resource and expertise, and a louder voice’. Each school will retain its independent identity and market.

The Cothill Local Advisory Group
Cothill has a Local Advisory Group (LAG) whose primary function is the pursuit of good governance and compliance with statutory regulations and accordingly, to ensure that the Board of Trustees are fully informed about each school’s affairs and therefore empowered to act properly in relation to each school.
The LAG is made up of: A Trustee Chair appointed by Radley Schools Group, the Head of the School and up to five members appointed by the LAG Chair in consultation with the Head. Members can be parents or non-parents. A representative from Radley Schools Group will be in attendance at all LAG meetings.
